Laser and Laser processing
If the machine needs a different cutting nozzle to handle a new order, the automatic nozzle changer springs into action. It removes the old nozzle and inserts the new one from the nozzle magazine. No operator is necessary. Especially in automatic mode, you can profit from reduced downtime, saving you cold, hard cash.
Here are FlyLine's most interesting processing features:
- The laser beam can be turned on and off on the fly, without stopping or braking the axes
- Right-angled single contours lying on one line are split up in order to avoid corner processing.
- Speed is reduced only at the few points where a change of direction is necessary.

Punching Principle
All tools can be turned to any desired angle. For this reason, fewer tools are required, the set-up effort is minimized and processing productivity is increased. All tools can be turned 360°, without wear and very precisely, by means of a bevel gear. The completely rotating tool adaptor is also the drive for the TRUMPF MultiTool tools. This makes every individual tool in the MutiTool rotatable at any angle

Tool RotationBending
If one of the two laser bands is broken by an obstacle, the machine stops. Once the obstacle is removed, the bending process can continue at rapid speed, after the operator activates the foot pedal again. Interfering contours, which can arise when bending basins or boxes, are carried out with the same productivity using "box bending mode". All the programming functions and displays are integrated into the TASC6000 machine control system, so a separate control unit is unnecessary.

BendGuardDuring bending, two sensor plates integrated into the top tool measure the actual angle and the resilience of the bend part, and control the pressure bar at the desired angle. The ACB is extremely flexible, because it works nearly independently of the shaft length, measuring angles ranging from 35° to 145°.
