1. Quick and safe positioned
in addition to the existing back-gauge travel strategies, there is a further travel-strategy available now – the automatic step control: the back gauge finger moves automatically with a raised position and with maximum speed to the programmed position.
2. Quick adjustment of crowning
The adjustment of the crowning and the move of the press beam happens at the same time. Because of this parallel process of the axes there is a reduction of cycle time and an increase of productivity of the machine.
3. Box mode without stop
The safety system BendGuard works at the box mode without any interruption. The box height is programmed at the machine control and therefore the press beam moves without interruption in high speed into the box.
4. Back gauge moves parallel to press beam
Because of the parallel travel of the back gauge and the press beamt he cycle time is reduced and the productivity of the machine will increase.
5. Operation Data Recording
It is the first time at bending machines that TRUMPF offers a Operation Data Recording system to collect and print machine-internal events but also manuel events.
