For many customers, a high surface quality is of great importance. Sheet metal components, for example, are often used as visible parts in furniture or kitchen appliances. To get a flawless result, foils are adhered onto the sheet to protect it.

Together with TRUMPF, Novacel has now developed an innovative foil coating that can be easily processed with the laser - with both a solid state laser and a CO2 laser. And that without an intermediate step, since a previous evaporation of the foil is no longer required! After processing, the foil comes off easily and cleanly. You save valuable time, work at full productivity and thus reduce part costs.
