More process reliability
Do you cut thick stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel at high pressure?
Then if your parameters aren't set perfectly, plasma can form, especially at contour transitions. In the worst case, this can lead to an interruption of the downwards melt ejection, and material can be forced upwards. If that happens, the part you're processing can often no longer be used.
In such cases, PlasmaLine intervenes in the process and prevents an interruption of the cut. If the system detects plasma formation, it reacts in two phases.
Phase 1:
PlasmaLine reduces the feed velocity, so the plasma is eliminated.
Phase 2:
If the first phase doesn't succeed, PlasmaLine stops the axis motion for a short time until the plasma is eliminated. This stabilizes the cutting process, and the cut edge is smooth and burr-free again.
