Great dynamics due to lightweight carbon fiber construction
High productivity isn't just achieved by fast axis speeds.
That's why traverse dynamics were particularly considered during development of the TruBend Series 7000; for instance, by reducing the mass moved with the backgauge.
The productivity of the bending process is not just influenced by the speed of the pressure bar, but also to a great extent by the traverse speed and the acceleration and deceleration ramps of the backgauge.
In order to optimize the dynamics of the backstop system, during development of the TruBend Series 7000 a highly stable lightweight construction using carbon fiber materials was chosen.
This makes the TruBend Series 7000 set the benchmark for productivity in press brakes.
Of course, the stop surfaces where the bent part is in contact the fingers of the backstop are made of hardened steel.
