Flexible support brackets and bending tools contribute a great deal to setting up a productive bending process. Ergonomics increases productivity and reduces parts costs. With a bending aid, even large parts can be fabricated with one operator instead of two.
Support brackets
Support brackets make it easier to work with bend parts, offering the option of setting parts down to rotate them or turn them over between bends. The heavy load support bracket carries up to 250 kg, simplifying the bending of large, heavy and awkward parts. Extensive accessories, like extensions and front stops, offer additional convenience and support for material handling.
Bending aids
A bending aid relieves the operator when handling very heavy parts. When working with large, thin materials, counter-bends must be avoided. That's why the CNC-synchronized bending tool here supports the part over a large surface. Their extension and widening options are highly flexible. And when you don't need the bending aid at the moment, you can send it back to its parking position.
