Ergonomics and accessibility
Our TruPunch and TruMatic machines set the standards for ergonomics and accessibility. They are characterized by open C-shaped machine frames, moveable work tables and the linear magazine.
The accessible machine frame with an open C-shape consists of a one-part, torsion-resistant welded construction. The machine and the workpiece are accessible from three sides. You have sufficient free space for loading and unloading the machine – regardless of whether this is done manually or by machine.
The coordinate guide into which the linear magazine is integrated is located in the jaw of the machine, with its axis parallel to the machine table. Any mounting position can be occupied without limitation by any tool or with a clamp.Tools can be exchanged with a single move and the tools are neatly arranged, always in the operator’s view.
