MultiTool technology uses the ability of the TRUMPF punch head to rotate. A MultiTool accommodates up to 10 individual tools that are activated by the rotation of the MultiTool.
Each individual tool in the MultiTool, on the other hand, can be rotated 100%.
The MultiTool allows extremely rapid tool change and can increase the tool capacity of the machine by a factor of ten. Of course, an activated individual tool on a MultiTool is still freely rotatable.
MultiTool tools are changed into the tool adapter just as simply as other tools and can be used at any angle. A program command activates the individual punches in less than one second.
MultiTools are suited particularly for sheets with many different small punches, especially with large hole sizes.
