The individual components are prepared in standardized cartridges during primary processing time. The complete tool set can now be prepared very simply and quickly in the linear magazine of the machine.
Preparation of a tool
The individual components – punch, stripper and die – can be assembled manually or with the help of the QuickLoad into tool cartridges. Once set up, the complete tool can be set into the machine or kept in a tool storage.
The prepared cartridge makes handling all the tools very easy.
The set-up tools consist of a single part; there is no separation of punch and matrix.
You can set up TRUMPF tools in under a minute, very easily, very quickly and always flexibly. The tools are simply snapped into the linear cartridge without additional tools or inconvenient insertion into a “revolver.” This saves time that could be used for your production.
