If you want to bend in larger series without significant marks, your best bet is our plastic inserts. They're available in 500 mm pieces and can simply be placed into specially provided dies.

Productivity thanks to rear stop flexibility
With Quickstop supports, defined stop positions can be created for each situation, even those which seem impossible with conventional rear stop systems and therefore can lead to a significant reduction in productivity. The Quickstop supports are simply screwed onto the rear stop fingers.

Bending tool cabinet
With the TRUMPF bending tool cabinet you can store tools well-arranged, space-saving and clean. The quick access to the tools reduces set-up times and costs. These cabinets are equipped with special holders and enable a safe storage and removal of even heavy tools. For almost 33 linear meter of bending tools the vertical pull-out compartments offer easy and time-saving access from both sides. If you like to move your cabinet the transport notches for lift trucks or carts enable a quick relocation. The cabinets are produced by the Apfel company in Dossenheim.
