Hardening with the Laserdur process

Hardening
With the unique Laserdur hardening process, TRUMPF offers its customers a series of advantages. After hardening with a laser beam, our tools achieve hardnesses in the HRC 60-62 range and are therefore extremely low-wear. The local introduction of heat means that hardening only takes place where it's really needed. This increases reliability for the operator of the press brake.

All bending tools are ground to perfection with the latest machining technology. This provides the user with both flexibility and reliability: all tools in a custom-composed sets have the same tolerances.

Refining of our Bending Tools

Labeling
Our laser labeling systems refine the TRUMPF bending tools in two ways at the same time: We use the fine-beam lasers to mark our tools unambiguously, thoroughly, and in a user-friendly manner. The quality of the marking is obvious from its long-term resilience.
