When stamping out parts with traditional punching tools, marring usually is a result, which can be undesirable on visible edges. This is a disadvantage compared to laser cutting. The MultiShear tool produces smooth cutting edges, achieving the quality of laser-cut edges without the need for regrinding the edge.
