The removal of small parts is not always that easy: When pushing out thin parts towards the parts chute or flap, they can easily get caught and when removing them via the chip tube, they need to be separated from the waste afterwards. The new Slitting Tool Size 5 to remove small parts simplifies this procedure: Thanks to the beveled die, the part is tilted and removed process-reliably via the parts chute / flap (see Fig. 2) - easily and safe.

However, with this slitting tool you're not only able to remove parts - you can also use it to cut parts as usual or - in combination with the bi-level stripper - to clamp and rotate parts. This guarantees a simpflified production process on all machines with an active or decending die.
