SheetAdvisor: Designing complex 3-D sheet metal parts
SheetAdvisor is our flagship for 3-D sheet metal design. You design even complex sheet metal assemblies simply and with the backing of all the TRUMPF sheet metal knowledge. Your advantages are production security and minimized data processing.
Well-advised
With the 3-D CAD system SheetAdvisor, you implement your ideas productively and cost effectively. The SheetAdvisor supports you in this process and ensures the realization of the parts. It takes the whole production environment into account and checks for possible design errors and production problems. You can control the program at any time.
Versatile
The SheetAdvisor consists of two modules: You design photorealistic volume models with the One Space Designer Modeling module. You work with the designing and unfolding of sheet metal parts in the Sheet Metal module.
Complex Knowledge
For the development of complex sheet metal parts, you use a broad set of commands including Z-bends, 180° bends, flaps, punching, and embossing. Via databank matching, you have access to the entire knowledge of TRUMPF. You can check all your bending knowledge – of materials, tools, shapes, and sizes – against bending data from TruTops Punch and TruTops Bend with the press of a button.
