TruTops Unfold: production oriented unfolding of 3-D-data

Well prepared
TruTops Unfold is an open system and with its many 3-D interfaces it is already compatible with many 3-D CAD systems as delivered. Thus you are optimally prepared for your customers’ incoming CAD files.

Coordinated for production
The result of the processing is a 2-D blank in TRUMPF’s own GEO format. All the technological information needed for processing is already contained in this file. For this purpose, TruTops Unfold uses the bending factors and punching tool data gathered by TRUMPF from the programming systems TruTops Bend and TruTops Punch.

Certain from the beginning
TruTops Unfold handles even imprecise models without difficulty. You avoid errors from the beginning, for example through automatic incorporation of production radii resulting from the selected tools. Processing reports give you detailed information about the result.
