All TRUMPF service technicians attend standardized TRUMPF technician training programs. These involve comprehensive basic training that includes intensive hands-on work.

Even after the first training, we keep our technicians current through regular update training workshops. This means you always have a competent contact person.

A service information system supports our service office. It was especially designed by TRUMPF for TRUMPF, and it shows us the entire history of every machine. Every service call is stored there. This allows our staff to find causes and discover solution options quickly.
